### Returns Policy for Patch22

**RETURNS POLICY**

It is our goal to create an end product that every customer loves. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us at support@Patch22.com. We proudly stand behind our work and make things right in the event that we mess up. We are humans, too!

**RETURN POLICY**

6.1 Due to the custom nature of each item produced, Patch22 does not offer returns or refunds.

6.2 In the event that the item you have received is incorrect, a return can be approved at the discretion of Patch22. In such a case, you are responsible for organizing the return of the items to us within a 30-day period for the items to be covered under this policy.

6.3 Patch22 is not responsible for returning any items that have been lost in transit.

6.4 You must ensure that the items are returned to us unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact. If the item does not comply with this clause, you will not be eligible for this policy.

**REPLACEMENTS ONLY**

7.1 Upon receipt of the returned item, Patch22 will inspect the item and make its decision at its sole discretion on your notice whether it is more appropriate to offer a replacement.

7.2 Customers acknowledge and agree that due to the customized nature of the items, Patch22 cannot offer any refunds.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

8.1 The artwork conversion and setup process starts immediately after orders are placed. Orders may only be canceled within 72 hours of an order being placed. Canceled orders will still be charged a $50 artwork setup fee in the event that time was spent converting artwork. Canceled orders may also be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover the time and materials of processing the order.
